Terms & Conditions

  • All goods remain the property of Healthware Aus Pty Ltd until full payment has been received.
  • All prices are in $AUD and include GST.


  • Correct and updated delivery instructions and opening hours must be provided when placing orders to ensure a safe delivery. Any incorrect details provided by the customer that result in a delivery issue will be held as the customer’s responsibility.
  • All deliveries are sent with a secure carriage service that may require a signature to accept the order. If the courier is unable to secure a signature, your delivery will be taken to either your local post office or the carriage service’s depo. This can incur a fee.
  • Any high value or restricted items must have a signature to accept the order. No authority to leave option is available for these items.
  • If you wish to give authority to leave a delivery in a safe place, you must contact us directly or detail your consent in the delivery instructions of your order. Once authority has been given to leave, you will be accepting full responsibility for the delivery. In this instance, Healthware Australia and our carriage service will not be held liable for any damage or theft that could unfortunately occur to your delivery.
    • Free Shipping on all orders over $200.00AUD (Sydney and Canberra metro only).
    • Free Shipping on all orders over $350.00AUD (Melbourne metro, Brisbane metro, and Adelaide metro areas only).
    • Free Shipping on all orders over $400.00AUD (Perth metro only).
  • Items that are in stock are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse and will arrive in 1-2 business days. Delivery time may be longer to rural or some interstate areas.
  • If you’re in a regional or remote area, shipping may be at a higher rate. Cartons of a high volume may also attract a higher freight charge. In that case we may contact you to arrange the most appropriate approach.

Returns Policy:

  • We must be notified of any damaged or missing stock no later than 48 hours after delivery.
  • We must first be notified of any goods you wish to return, before sending to our address.
  • All returns must be made no later than 30 Calendar days after the invoice date and with a copy of the invoice
  • All goods returned must be unopened, undamaged, and in a saleable condition
  • Any goods that are returned due to a change of mind or mistake made by the customer, may incur a delivery fee
  • A full refund or credit on your account will be applied once items are returned and are deemed to fit the returns criteria.
