Items that are in stock are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse and will arrive in 1-2 business days. Delivery time may be longer to rural or some interstate areas.

If you’re in a regional or remote area, shipping may be at a higher rate. Items ordered that are considered Bulk in size, may also incur a further charge depending on the quantity and the location. In these cases, we may contact you to arrange the most appropriate approach.


All deliveries must require a signature to accept the order. If the courier is unable to secure a signature, your delivery will be taken to either your local post office or the depo. This may incur a fee.

Authority To Leave (ATL):

If you wish to give authority to leave your package in a safe place, you must contact us directly or detail your consent in the delivery instructions of your order. Once authority has been given to leave, you will be accepting full responsibility for the delivery. Healthware Australia and our carriage service will not be held liable for any damage or theft that could unfortunately occur to your delivery. Please note that authority to leave cannot be applied to any high value or restricted items, as these must always have a signature to accept the order.

Damaged/Missing Goods:

We must be notified of any damaged or missing stock no later than 48 hours after delivery.

Please note that during peak holiday periods (such as Christmas & Easter), there can be delays to your delivery time due to our carriage service experiencing higher volumes of traffic.


If you need to return any items from your order, please contact our team on 1300 542 546 or email us at [email protected]. Please do not send any returned goods to our address without first discussing with our team.

All returns must be made no later than 30 calendar days after the invoice date and with a copy of the invoice. .

All goods returned must be unopened, undamaged and in a saleable condition.

Any goods that are returned due to change of mind or mistake made by the customer, may incur a delivery fee. Returns can be sent to our address via Australia Post, or if requested we may organize a courier pick up. Both options will require the customer to cover the delivery costs.

A full refund or credit on your account will be applied once items are returned and are deemed to fit the returns criteria.
