2/100 tapered design to improve material distribution and air bubble release during use. Manufactured from spring stainless steel with tightly wound safety coils at the base of the shank.

The shank withstands repeated autoclave, dry-heat sterilisation and medical solution with out discolouration or deformation. The size of the paste filler can easily be identified by the number of grooves in the shank. Diametric size of paste carriers are identified by colour-coding of the shank conforming to I.S.O specifications.
